The Cleveland Meals on Wheels Service,

has been servicing the area for more than 43 years, with the funding support of the Federal Government through Home And Community Care, known as HACC.

Our charter is founded on the words of Vincent De Paul in his message to Volunteers in 1646 (click here to read). As a not-for-profit organisation, we rely on the ongoing generosity of volunteers to donate their time and commitment so that we can provide quality meals to our customers, for either short or long term periods.

However Cleveland Meals on Wheels offers much more than a food delivery run, it's a service that brings a sense of security to our customers through our daily visits. Because we won't leave meals in an esky, we are in a position, in an unobtrusive way, to check on the well being of our clients and where necessary contact family or another nominated person if the customer needs assistance.

Our Cleveland Meals on Wheels volunteers are dedicated to providing a quality, consistent and friendly service and we value and respect our customers for their previous contribution to our community.

Our Meals on Wheels service offers a service to residents in Cleveland, Ormiston, Wellington Point and Birkdale. Cleveland Meals on Wheels is not means tested and is available to our customers and their carers at a small cost.
